We’re looking for a highly motivated and driven Physical Health Check Project Lead to join our brand-new health check service in Devon. As a Project Lead you will be responsible for leading and supporting a small team of Health Check Practitioners to deliver Physical Health Checks for patients living with mental illnesses to promote health and prevent long-term health conditions.

As a Health Check Practitioner you will be responsible for the delivery of Physical Health Checks for patients living with mental illnesses to promote health and prevent long-term health conditions. This is a great opportunity to help people improve their health through the delivery of Health Checks and provision of motivational lifestyle advice.
