This week we have been starting to make some back end changes to Hi Bob.

This week's alterations are we have added a new sub-section under the "Personal" tab of your profile that will allow you to type in your ethnicity.

This is becoming ever more requested within data reporting and bid writing requirements, so please ensure you head of and complete this box.

Currently, we have kept the "Nationality" box, but once we've allowed enough time for people to transfer this data, we will discard of the 'Nationality' box from everyone's Hi Bob profiles.

We've also added a check box within the "DBS Details" Section of your Hi Bob profile, which allows you to record if your DBS check is an enhanced one, or not. Please update this as required too.

We are planning to make a number of changes to Hi Bob, and the way it operates over the coming weeks & months, so please watch out for further updates as to changes made.
