Help us travel from East Sussex to Tokyo!

For the month of July, we're attempting to cover the distance of East Sussex to Tokyo (9,600km - 5,965 miles) and we'd love if you could help us get there! The goal of the challenge is to help people to move more with the Olympics being inspiration.
We're using Strava, a GPS based app to record all distances. All you need is a smartphone or smartwatch to join. Whether it's a walk to the local shops or a marathon - any and all distances are appreciated.
