With an absolute scorcher of a week coming up, can you please be mindful of risks associated with the heat. For example:

• Ask your service users to bring water/fluids with them.
• Make sure you also have enough water 

• If any SU's are particularly concerned about the heat and they have underlying health conditions, discuss with them if they wish to miss the session and organise a catch-up - reassure them that we are here to support.
• Allow plenty of air flow if possible - see if the venue can offer a fan and/or air con options.
• Close blinds/curtains, etc. to minimise heat coming into the room.
• Allow anyone to leave if the heat is too much for them.
