We are delighted that Thrive Tribe has been awarded the Hampshire Targeted Physical Activity Servicecontract, enabling us to support more individuals in achieving healthier lifestyles. This will be a targeted service, shaped by co-production and engagement with those who traditionally do not access services, ensuring wereach and support those who need it most. A key focus will be working closely with local organisations to create opportunities for participation and long-term behaviour change.
