This week the Thrive Tribe leadership team spent 2 days together and I thought it would be nice for you to know what we were up to!

It’s my role to ensure Thrive Tribe has a “thriving” future and that we continue to grow. So long as we grow, we can continue to help more and more clients improve their health and continue to offer Thrive Tribe and MAN v FAT team members more opportunities to grow and progress.

Growth doesn’t happen by chance. We have to look ahead, assess what the future direction of travel looks like for preventative healthcare and ensure that we are shaping the organisation appropriately. And that’s what we’ve been doing for the past few days: working together to come up with a strategy that will guide our future growth, always in a way that stays true to the culture and ethos that we have across the organisation.

I’ll be sure to update you all again as the work progresses and hopefully after the summer, when everyone has returned from their holidays, we’ll be able to tell you more about the plans we have for the future.
