Flora, who is one of our 3 runners in this year's Great North Run broke out the ingenuity this week - getting her fundraising well and truly underway by undertaking a whole office day in Lincolnshire in perfect silence! Flora sat in an office full of people trying to get her to speak, but never faulted once, remaining perfectly silent for the whole working day - despite many attempts from the team to try and get her to make some kind of sound!

Following this fantastic effort and a brilliant day Flora has managed to raise a whopping £215 for PKD (at the time of writing).
