Good morning all,

It is with sadness, combined with a great deal of pride, to let you know that Kasey Connell will be moving onto pastures new and leaving her role as a Health Coach at OYES next month.

I know Kasey has worked with so many of you over the past two and a half years, so her departure definitely commands a shoutout on Totem! Whether it be through Sports Days, Away Days, Challenge Weekends, MAN v FAT work, training courses, peer reflection facilitation or fundraising activities (Phew! I’m sure I’ve probably missed something!)… Kasey has certainly left many of us with some great memories, not just within One You East Sussex, but reaching far wider across Thrive Tribe too.

It has been a pleasure to manage and work with Kasey and although, somewhat selfishly!... I am sad to see her leave, I am also filled with incredible pride to see her develop in confidence and progress on to this next step in her career. Kasey embodies *all* of the Thrive Tribe values and I have no doubt she will take these attributes with her into her new role.
