Unfortunately, Espria is experiencing some technical issues that will affect the logging and monitoring of our service tickets. Please see the below message from Espria.
We are currently experiencing a service disruption affecting access to the MyEspria portal, which is hosted via our partner platform CloudRadial. At present, customers are unable to log in to the portal or view/update existing tickets.
Initial investigations suggest the issue is related to the CloudRadial platform’s authentication process. We have raised this with their support team as acritical priority and are awaiting further updates. In the meantime, please log any new support requests via email or telephone.
We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we work with CloudRadial to restore access. We will keep you informed as we receive updates.
