Please be aware that all new starter tickets (required for every new starter - submitted by their line manager) must be submitted by the end of day 10^th of December if they would like a guarantee of receiving the devices before the New Year.

Espria will do their best to complete any builds submitted after that time, but completion will depend on workload.

No new starter tickets will ship between the 22^nd of December – 2^nd January, However any faulty replacement will be processed within this time period.
