Our IT support is moving to Bluecube!

Just a quick update to let you know that from 1st March, we’ll be moving to a new IT support provider called Bluecube.
From this date, please make sure you contact Bluecube for any new IT issues or support requests. You’ll find all the contact details in the attached flyer — please use those details for anything logged on or after 1st March.
If you already have a ticket open with Espria, don’t worry — they’ll continue working on existing tickets until the end of March, so there’s no need to re-log anything.
If you’re unsure about who to contact, just get in touch and we’ll point you in the right direction.
