Emotional Resilience refers to our ability to adapt to change, stress and trauma and to prevent it from having a negative impact on our wellbeing. The world has thrown a lot at us recently and so we feel it's important that we support you in the development of effective coping strategies.
Myself and Amanda Dorrington are both now trained to deliver a fantastic, evidence-based, emotional resilience training session, developed by The University of East Anglia and we're planning to roll this out to all of you over the next year.
The training is best carried out in-person and with whole teams, so that you can all relate to having similar challenges in your roles. You'll be hearing from your managers over the coming months regarding possible dates for your training.
