As the company's rapidly growing we're trying to ensure there's some consistency across the services, and one thing that seems to be very inconsistent at the moment is our email signatures.

In order to make these consistent we'll be using templates through Mimecast (our email filtering service) which will automatically populate your signature based on your email address. Mimecast will collect your details from your Microsoft contact into your signature, we're currently going through the process of making sure these details are up to date. This is just to inform you that we will be making this change. Once the signatures are in place please let me know if the signature is incorrect. If your details need updating you can update these here.
