One You East Sussex are delighted to have recently been awarded the Silver Award by the East Sussex Wellbeing at Work scheme.  We were required to demonstrate we fulfil a range of criteria to support staff on various wellbeing issues, including undertaking an annual staff wellbeing survey followed by action on any issues highlighted (these included emotional wellbeing and MSK health to name a couple).
