Introducing EACS Online Portal

EACS have introduced a new online portal for support which we will all have access to from the 2of April 2022. The portal will be accessible to you via the Teams App and will allow you to have improved visibility over the progress and status of your tickets. Also on the portal are a number of training videos and help articles which you may find useful.
