Just a reminder that we will be downing tools at lunchtime on 24th December, to allow you to enjoy an afternoon off on the last working day before Christmas! If you have already booked the whole day off, or are planning on doing so, rest assured that Bob has been updated so that only half a day’s leave will be taken from your Annual Leave entitlement 🎅

For those of you who work part time, and  is your non-working day, please feel free to use this additional half day’s leave at a time that suits you (before March 31st 2025). To do so, please book half a day (3.5 hours) off using the ‘Time off in lieu’ option in Bob.

Within the request, please add ‘Christmas Half Day’ to the Notes field so your manager can authorise.
