A quick and polite reminder to all our people. This week please take 5 minutes to check your Hi Bob profile, and ensure that your latest DBS information is uploaded. This is a very important safeguarding element for the company, and ensuring we have this information securely stored on Bob is essential to protect us all, and reduce the risk to the company too! While you're on your Hi Bob profile, why not check your personal data on there too - ensuring this is up to date is also really important, so give it a refresh.

Leaders of Thrive Tribe, please remind your teams to check these too, and also please do check your direct report to ensure this information is uploaded too.

Now we have our newly implemented and operating process to DBS applications (implemented in January 2025), we will be running our first audit of the data soon, so to avoid reminder emails and Hi Bob tasks, please ensure this is uploaded.

A special note to our new services that are being mobilised or have recently been mobilised. You DBS applications have been applied for you, and so your information will have been/will be uploaded for you, once it is received.
