Key Activity Summary:

• ‘smoke free’ Product Dashboard (365 data) now live
• ‘smoke free’ Service Dashboards (365 data, Nottingham City & OYL) now live

• Gloji product dashboard – Service Overview / Service Outcomes

‘smoke free’ product Dashboard / Service dashboards (365 data) now live.

• Our brand new ‘smoke free’ dashboard is now live in the ‘smoke free (365) workspace’ with fully validated data.
• This dashboard currently contains data for all quit dates from Jan 1^st 2024 onwards, for smoke free contracts that already sit on 365 (OYL, OYS, Nottingham City),     plus those forthcoming on 365 e.g. Hackney.
• This provides a complete     overview of relevant smoke free data for each service on 365 – the metric definitions for all smoke free contracts are currently the same (i.e.     the TT definition of a 4-week quit does not differ from the OYS     definition).
• Demo will be next Tuesday (9^th July) where we will cover the new functionality and show you some tips for making the most of the data now available to you here!

‘smoke free’ Service Dashboards (Nottingham City & OYS):

• We’ve also created two new smoke free service dashboards that will sit in the existing Nottingham and OYS PBI workspaces
• Whilst the programme definitions are the same across all the smoke free contracts, there are still differences that need to be accounted for in terms of the priority   groups, which can be seen here.
• The existing legacy smoking cessation dashboards (OYL and OYS) will be archived, as all functionality is replaced by the new smoke free product/service     dashboards.

Data quality and data load performance improvements

• Further improvements to quality and performance improvements to 365 data load and smoke free code

Gloji Product Dashboard - Service Overview / Service Outcomes Pages

• Add pathway dimension to existing Service Overview page
• New Service Outcomes page – ability to view and compare Starters, Completers, Completer % and 3/5/10% WL across all Services and Pathways

Reviewing and updating 365 and QM systems for required Hackney data capture

• Reviewing 365 and Quit Manager systems ability to capture and report on data capture required for Hackney contract
• Working with the mobilisation teams to ensure that everything is recordable/reportable using both systems by contract start, without using 3^rd party     development time from 365/QM
