Katie and the team have been working hard to provide more clarity and streamline the pathway for all service requests for new client resources and have shared a document outlining the process below.
This process is not an ordering service for resources that already exist within the service. Existing client resources such as AWM booklets, physical activity booklets, referral forms & Eatwell guides, etc can be ordered within your service by line managers or the service contact in table 3.
