Now we need to recruit a team of passionate practitioners to deliver the programme, weโre on the look out for;
- Diabetes Prevention Practitioners
- A Marketing and Promotions Officer
- Two Health Tele Coaches (based in our OYES service)
- And an inspirational and motivated Delivery Manager to lead the team!
