Now we need to recruit a team of passionate practitioners to deliver the programme, we’re on the look out for;

• Diabetes Prevention Practitioners
• A Marketing and Promotions Officer
• Two Health Tele Coaches (based in our OYES service)
• And an inspirational and motivated Delivery Manager to lead the team!
