We have a wonderful opportunity to join the SmokeFree Hampshire & SmokeFree Island team as the Community Smoking Cessation Lead. As the Community Stop Smoking Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery and development of high-quality smoking cessation services across Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. This role will provide high-level strategic leadership, expert knowledge, and line management/leadership to a team of community stop smoking advisors to ensure all contractual targets are met. Your team will be responsible for embedding the service across the contract areas, ensuring fantastic relationships are forged within the local communities and primary healthcare settings.

Reporting into the Head of Service, you will offer supportive, empowering leadership to your team, ensuring they offer a gold standard stop smoking service to residence of Hampshire & the Isle of Wight, from appropriate community-based locations. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the service delivers evidence-based interventions, maintains high standards of clinical practice, contributes to the ongoing development of the service, whilst meeting its targets.
