Recently, Thrive Tribe staff from all our services took part in some Co-production training. The days workshop was delivered by Pete from Co-Production Works, an organisation which has been in the co-production space for many years.

These staff members are now going back as Co-production Ambassadors for their local services.

The days session looked at the growth and development of co-production in recent years, how it can be used to benefit service users, and we even managed to workshop a couple of scenarios on how it can be used across Thrive Tribe. Overall it was a really useful and interesting day in which we all learned loads!
