can you help?

What is this about?
Some of you will be aware of a piece of training named "an introduction to behaviour change" that we deliver at the start of mobilisations, or may have come across a recording of the training via an induction brochure. My aim recently has been to try and make more use of the Microsoft platforms we have available to make our training more engaging and user friendly, and have just finished moving the training onto Sway.
How can I help?
As this is very new, I am keen to get some user feedback, so I am not marking my own homework and awarding myself an A* for content and effort! I would like to create a small working group, made up of those with a mixture of experience of behaviour change (BC) training. • Anyone that has not yet completed any behaviour change training • Anyone that has completed an introduction to BC (either “live” via Teams or via a recording) but has not yet completed the level 1 BC course with NCBC. • Anyone that has completed all their behaviour change training with NCBC (levels 1 & 2)
What does this involve?
I will share the Sway link to the behaviour change training for you to complete. The Sway has a mixture of graphics, written text and videos. It includes links to short quizzes and self-recorded knowledge ratings for you to complete throughout the training. You'll have a couple of weeks to work your way through the Sway and then we will arrange a group meeting to reflect what parts worked well, what could be improved etc. I am particularly keen to assess the accessibility of the Sway, so if anyone has knowledge / lived experience with a learning difficulty or disability that would be happy to participate, I would love to hear from you.
How do I get involved?
If you are interested in taking part, please complete the form below by Wednesday 25th June 4pm. Once the closing date is reached, I'll reach out to everyone.
