Changes to level 1 behaviour change

What is happening
As you may have heard in the People Experience Update webinar (17th July), we are making some changes to how our behaviour change training is delivered. We are moving away from the National Centre for Behaviour Change, with the last course being delivered in September. In it's place we have our own level 1 behaviour change training available, which can be found on Totem under the people portal and training (link below).
What if I am already booked onto a course?
If you are booked onto a behaviour change course or group facilitation course from October onwards, you will have received an email from me letting you know that these courses have been cancelled.
What if I haven't done my behaviour change training yet?
For any member of staff that hasn't yet completed their level 1 behaviour change, or would like a refresher, you can now access our own training on the link below. The training is designed to be consumed in bite-sized chunks, rather than in one sitting. It is divided into sections, allowing you to move quickly to relevant topics, which can be especially helpful should you need a quick refresher on a particular skill/topic. All the videos are bite-sized, so are 1-3 minutes maximum. There are activities and surveys included throughout, to allow you to rate your knowledge, test your understanding and feedback on how you found the training. The feedback is essential in helping us to continually develop and evolve our training to support you in your roles.
What if I was booked onto a level 2 course?
We are in the process of developing a level 2 course, which we are hoping to launch by the start of October (following the last level 2 course with NCBC). We also have aspirations to develop a level 3 course for the start of next year, so that we are continually developing your behaviour change knowledge and skills. This is an exciting time as we start to shape what learning and development looks like for Thrive Tribe. Keep an eye on Totem and my monthly updates (around the 17th of each month) for more information on what is happening and how you can get involved.
