As you all know, behaviour change is the bread and butter of what we do at Thrive Tribe. As we grow, we need to be able to train our client facing staff at a faster pace, and to a higher level to keep us excelling in our field. We also want to develop our expertise in designing and developing our behaviour change programmes and do all this with a strong in-house team of experts to accelerate our current work in this area.

So we’re looking to invest in creating some cool new opportunities for staff to do within their current roles – these will be known as Behaviour Changemakers. We’re looking for 8 people across 2 different opportunities. Ensuring our staff are supporting our teams across our contracts to develop and grow their skills in effecting real behaviour change with their clients, and making sure our interventions are underpinned by the best behaviour change models will be their mission.
