Looking at the mandatory training requirements on HiBob, how often should the Lone Working and DSE training that's found on Totem be completed? Annually, once or every 2 years?

Answer

Both lone working and DSE training should be completed once every 2 years. Well spotted that the HiBob form had not been updated since we released these two internal pieces of training. If anyone spots any other discrepancies, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]
