I can know longer attend this training course, how do I go about cancelling?

Answer

All of our live training is posted on Totem, and spaces are allocated through Eventbrite. This means you are in control of your tickets; you can log into Eventbrite to check what tickets you have and also cancel any. If you wish to cancel your place, Eventbrite have created a short guide on how to do this - see link below.

Why do I need to cancel?

The majority of our live training has a cap of 12 - 15 people. With an ever growing workforce, if you are unable to attend it is important you cancel your ticket to allow someone else to register and avoid long waiting lists. Some of our courses are run through external providers such as RSPH or the National Centre for Behaviour Change, which means the training has a cost. Ideally a minimum of one week's notice is required to enable the space to be filled and prevent your service form incurring the cost.
