The world of work is constantly changing and it can be hard to keep up. I am sure there are times you have struggled or wondered about a particular business function (knowing where to go or who to ask) or maybe a client has asked you a question about a news article and you would like Thrive Tribe's stance. So to help you we are launching an "ask the expert" opportunity.
How will it work?
Once every two weeks we will post the "ask the expert" form for you to complete on Totem. At the end of the first week, your queries will be sent over to the relevant experts (people team, product team, finance etc.) At the end of the second week, your questions and answers will be posted on Totem and we will start the process again.
Why post the answers on Totem?
We tend to find the queries that we receive are often relevant to lots of people and so we want to share our answers and keep everyone in the know!
What if I don't want people knowing what I asked?
We will keep all the questions anonymous when posting the answers on Totem.
