Achieve Oxfordshire have a wonderful opportunity to lead the Adult Weight Management team, inspiring the team to deliver fantastic support sessions from their menu of options available to clients, combined with strategically working to achieve the commissioned KPs - creating a real positive impact within Oxfordshire!

Achieve Oxfordshire are the adult and child (4-12 years) weight management service for Oxfordshire, commissioned by the county council to help residents make sustainable healthy lifestyle choices. We focus on supporting clients residing in areas of deprivation and from ethnically diverse groups across the county. We are a multidisciplinary team who work together to improve service delivery and outcomes for all clients.

As the Adult Weight Management Lead you would be asked to:

‍

• Helping us maintain the ethos of Thrive Tribe by driving our organisational culture forward across ourservices and using every opportunity to embed our values!

• Work with the Head of Service to manage and grow the weight management offer whilst reaching Achieve’s strategic objectives.

• Lead and coach the adult weight management team within the Achieve service to best utilise the team’s skillset and optimise outcomes for clients.

• Deliver strategic leadership to the team and across the service and work collaboratively and effectively to improve service delivery.

• Working with partner organisations in the delivery of co-production of weight management groups that target priority groups and areas.

• Deliver adult weight management groups.• Ensuring an excellent and safe experience for residents using our policies and procedures.

This job is a hybrid remote role based in Oxfordshire, with regular travel across the County (car owner desired) & occasional requirements to attend Thrive Tribe HQ in Stratford.
