ThriveFest is now less than a week away and you're probably all keen to find out more about where you're staying. So here are all your FAQ about the accommodation:

Who will I be sharing with?

You'll all have your own en-suite rooms within flats of up to 10 people. You can find which flat and room you're in in the link at the bottom of the page. If you're staying for 2 nights, your name is highlighted in orange.

When and where should I pick up my key?

On arrival at ThriveFest on Wednesday morning please head to the registration desk within The Learning Hub. Your key will be given to you as part of the registration process. If you're also staying Tuesday night, please head to the Sunley Hotel reception to pick up your key, anytime after 3pm on Tuesday. Reception is 24 hours so it doesn't matter how late you arrive.

Do I need to bring bedding an towels?

Bedding packs will be provided and you'll just need to make up your own bed. At the end of your stay, the university kindly request that you strip your bed before you leave. Towels will not be provided so please so bring your own.
