21.4 Mins - What have you been doing?

How are we almost at at the end of January, already! We blinked, and the month was over!
At the start of January we launched the 21.4 minutes challenge, as One You Lincolnshire launched it, seeing more than 350 people sign up to take part! We'd love to capture what we've all been up to throughout January, so we'd really like for you to send us any of your wellbeing achievements that you have already achieved, or have been working towards throughout January. These could be:
- Statements in writing of what you are doing.
- Sharing your targets, goals or new years resolutions with us in writing.
- Forward any videos of you undertaking anything connected with your wellbeing targets.
- Send us any pictures of you participating in your wellbeing activities.
Your wellbeing targets or goals could be anything that you've committed to, and don't just have to be connected to physical activity, but the 21.4 minutes challenge is about undertaking physical activity every day for a month.
