Just a little update to inform everyone that the Tribal Ways sessions planned in for 2025 are now on Totem.

If you have a new starter joining your team, that you need to book them onto a Tribal Ways session as part of their induction plan, you can find the dates, times and the link to book them onto a session in the 'what's on' section of Totem.

The dates for 2025's session are:

• February 12th
• March 19th
• April 9th
• May 7th
• June 11th
• July 16th
• August 6th
• September 24th
• October 8th
• November 12th
• December 10th

‍

For line managers booking staff on, please ensure you complete the booking link on their behalf (enter their details, not yours) so we know who is attending the session. Secondly, please book them on to the most appropriate session, as these are now held once a month, allowing for a group induction environment to be created, allowing a range of new starters to share roles, learning and experiences within the session.
