Tai Chi is a holistic health practice from ancient China that combines mindfulness, movement and breath work into a moving meditation that aims to optimise, energise and harmonise the body and mind.
Wes Mollinson from One You Lincolnshire will be leading the session and it will be a fun and accessible session that's suitable for everyone.
