When we have a new team member join us, we like to take them through a Tribal Ways session. This allows The People Experience Team to take our new team mate through our history, our culture and our values, in addition to answering any onboarding-related questions. Around a year ago, we implemented a Microsoft Bookings procedure, allowing new starters to be booked onto the next available Tribal Ways session available for them. These sessions have now moved to monthly allowing new starters to be added to the next available session that suits with their induction schedule.

The links to both the regular Tribal Ways, and BANK staff Tribal Ways sessions have been saved onto Totem's 'Key Info' section, but we've hopefully made this even easier now too.

Each month's Tribal Ways session, with appropriate booking link has been added to Totem's 'What's On' calendar, meaning that new starters can be booked directly onto the session from Totem. We have currently added the planned Tribal Ways sessions until the end of 2024 to the calendar, with the dates for 2025 soon being added too.
