This article with give you an overview of the current training courses available and ones that will be launched in the near future. All booking links for the courses listed below can be found on Teams here.

Behaviour Change Level 1:
This is an online course delivered by The National Centre for Behaviour Change. It is delivered over 4x mornings; to complete the course you must attend all four sessions in full, so please be mindful if you have a clinic starting at 1pm.

5th, 6th, 12th and 13th September 10am - 1pm
6th, 7th, 13th and 14th October 10am - 1pm
5th, 6th, 12th and 13th December 10am - 1pm
20th, 21st, 27th and 28th February 10am - 1pm

Behaviour Change Level 2:
The same as above and level 1 must be completed first before attending this course.

16th, 17th, 21st and 22nd June 10am β 1pβm
15th, 16th, 29th and 30th September 10am β 1βpm

MECC:
This is a half day course delivered online.

Peer Reflection:
I am pleased to say that we have enough people interested for another Peer Reflection Facilitator training course to be delivered. I am liaising with NCBC for dates and will update everyone when this has been confirmed. If anyone is interested in becoming a facilitator and has not yet put their name forward and would like to be considered for a place on the Peer Reflection Facilitator training course please write a brief expression of interest email detailing why you feel you be a suitable candidate for this course and send to your team lead. Should your team lead and HoS feel you are suitable for this course a member of the quality and training team will be in contact.

Criteria:
- Trained in MECC and/or level 2 Behaviour Change
- Experienced practitioner
- Growth mindset Β
- Can resist righting reflex
- Handle discord Β
- Organised and coordination skills
Expectations of a facilitator
- Can commit to one hour per month facilitating session
- Able to dedicate time to prepare for session, debrief and follow up after sessions where necessary
- Attend regular group facilitator review and development sessions at scheduled intervals.
- Willing to self-reflect on own practice as a facilitator and be open to receiving peer to peer feedback on skills
- To record at the end of each session any themeβs or topics that arose during the session on tracker spreadsheet in Microsoft teams
