Quality and Training Manager

One of the biggest challenges when creating new training content is the quality check. Spelling mistakes, missing links and incorrect grammar are easy things to overlook, as your brain reads what it expects to see on the screen, rather than what is actually there. It can also be difficult to know how content is going to land - is it too text heavy, should there be more graphics or videos to support the content etc. Having feedback on how the content flows is really helpful, but often comes after after the training has been launched.
I'm looking for a pool of staff that would be keen to get involved in reviewing new content before it becomes live. You do not need to be an expert on the topic you are reviewing (although this is an added bonus), you just need a good eye for detail and a passion for learning new things.
Benefits for you
The benefits for you include early access to new content ahead of wider release, as well as the opportunity to explore topics beyond your usual role, helping to broaden your knowledge and understanding. This is also an opportunity to get involved in Learning and Development content, offering feedback on how the material is received, identifying any gaps, and suggesting additional resources that could further support staff learning. It also provides a valuable development opportunity, enabling you to build new skills and experience that can strengthen your professional profile and support your ongoing career development.
Capacity
I appreciate everyone is super busy, which is why I am looking for a large pool of staff to get involved. This will allow different people to get involved at different times, dependent on your capacity.
How to do I get involved?
