Our people at Thrive Tribe are awesome! In fact, it's because of you all that Thrive Tribe is such a unique place place to work 😍! You all make everyday special, exciting and fun and really do make Thrive Tribe what it is!

As a result, we thought it might be a nice idea to immortalise some of the awesome memories that we create. With this in mind we're delighted to launch our 'positive memories board'. This is a collective, and collaborative board that any of our people can add to, for any positive work-related memory that you create. This could be in the form of:

• A picture or video of team members.
• Some positive feedback that a client has told you.
• A thought or feeling that you want to remember.
• Some glowing stakeholder feedback about how awesome you or your service is.
• Or whatever other amazing aspect of work you wish to add!

The board is viewable by all team members, and all posts will be assigned to the person's name who is writing it. This board can be accessed through Totem at any time! The link is below in this article, but is stored in the "I want to" area of the "Key info" section of Totem, so you can always find it 😁.

There is only three rules to the board:

1. The board is to spread positivity, so only positive memories to be added please -negative ones will be removed.
2. This is to celebrate you, me and everyone at Thrive Tribe, so please add work-related memories only.
3. Don't share personal details or specific client details on the board, just what they said and assign it to "a client" (or similar).
