As one of this year's Great North Run runners, I'm trying to raise as much as I can for our charity partner PKD. For this reason, I've decided to take on a bigger challenge than running a half-marathon - being quiet! For those that I've not met yet, I too graduated from the same school of conversations as Trev! Which in short, means that we can struggle to not talk, especially when the room is quiet! Despite this I've committed to not making a single sound for a whole day at work! Being office based on this day, I've also chosen to do this on a "spotlight" day (when the One You Lincolnshire team will all be in). What have I done! Please help me through this!
