Safeguarding Reminders
Katie
Client Engagement & Quality Manager
You may have seen our wonderful Quality Ambassadors have been undertaking audits on different areas of the company. These include (to name just a few); Safeguarding (completed),Record keeping and training. A big thanks to the ambassadors, and everyone who has completed one so far😊.
The purpose of this programme is so we can identify gaps where there is a need for additional training,or information to be better communicated across Thrive Tribe. We don’t want you to feel like you are being tested at all, just be yourself –no pressure at all.
By speaking with our people and seeing client interactions,we can genuinely celebrate the incredible work that goes off right across Thrive Tribe and help hone the support and training on offer. It really is win:win!
We are so grateful to our Quality Ambassador team for taking on this project and to you for supporting them by taking part in them!😊.
Most people can explain how to identify a vulnerable adult, know how to log a safeguarding concern and know when to contact the police when a safeguarding issue occurs. All brilliant aspects to see, across many people who took part –well done all! 😊.
Here’s a couple of reminders that came out of the safeguarding audit recently completed.
