The People Experience Team are delighted to share that we have a wonderful opportunity to join The People Experience team, as a People Experience Coordinator. Focusing on the ‘moments that really matter’ our People Experience team aim to develop amazing working environments, which reflect our values and culture.
An outstanding People Experience Coordinator will have great attention to detail and communication skills. They will play a vital role in delivering daily processes and developments to support the People Experience strategy and objectives.

A typical day as an People Experience Coordinator might include :
- To manage all daily processes on our internal HR platform including but not limited to setting up new accounts, contracts and annual leave allocation for Thrive Tribe and MAN V FAT employees.
- To accurately process DBS checks and renewals for new and existing employees.
- To create new accounts and generate usage reports for our internal platforms such as Litmos Learning, E-Learning for Health and Tellus.
- To coordinate an engaging internal all employee webinar calendar.
- To support the People Experience Team, when required, with planning, organisational and occasional delivery aspects of our in-person and virtual events throughout the calendar year.
- To support the People Experience team publish internal communications Newsletters and content for our internal communications platform and external social media.
- To support the Director of People Experience managing the Central Team office and allocating passes and meeting rooms.

- To support daily functions including answering calls and receiving post.
- Ensuring due consideration is always given to confidentiality of our People.
