Become a peer reflection facilitator

We are still looking to recruit new peer reflection facilitators across Thrive Tribe. Be aware since we last posted about this the training dates have changed (see below)
Do you feel you are able to facilitate a group where the purpose is to support development and change? Do you have the skills to cultivate a suitable group environment for your peers to share experiences, best practice and enable reflection all whilst resisting the urge to solve or fix those experiences?
Criteria:
>Trained in MECC and/or level 2 Behaviour Change
>Experienced practitioner
>Growth mindset
>Can resist righting reflex
>Handle discord
>Organised and coordination skills
Expectations of a facilitator
>Can commit to one hour per month facilitating session
>Able to dedicate time to prepare for session, debrief and follow up after sessions where necessary
>Attend regular group facilitator review and development sessions at scheduled intervals
>Willing to self-reflect on own practice as a facilitator and be open to receiving peer to peer feedback on skills
>To record at the end of each session any theme’s or topics that arose during the session on tracker spreadsheet in Microsoft teams
If you would like to be considered for a place on the Peer Reflection Facilitator training course on 25th March, 1st, 7th and 8th April 10am - 1pm please write a brief expression of interest email detailing why you feel you be a suitable candidate for this course and send to your team lead. Should your team lead and HoS feel you are suitable for this course a member of the quality and training team will be in contact. If you have previously completed any facilitator training please only reapply if you feel you can answer yes to all the above. ,
