The staff at One You East Sussex recently came together for their 2022/23 Service Review. And what a belter it was!

Getting the whole One You East Sussex team together gave them a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the incredible work the team does, and to highlight the wonderful impact this has on the East Sussex community! 

‍

Here are just a few of the achievements that One You East Sussex have recorded over the past year:

‍

• Over 10,000 referrals generated by the Engagement Team and processed by the Support Team.

• Stop Smoking service set 2391 quit dates, 1417 quit smoking with a 60% success rate.

• Health Coaching provided 2287 interventions with a primary goal achievement of 59%.

• Adult Weight Management (Gloji, Gloji Groups and MANvFAT) achieved 1647 starters, with 3% weight loss achieved by 48% and 5% weight loss achieved by 27% of starters.

• NHS Health Checks delivered 2040 checks, with 44% delivered to men (a commissioned marker for OYES) - a new PB within the service!

• Participant training: Making Every Contact Count (MECC) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) delivery- 884 recipients trained, against a target of 600!
