One You Lincolnshire have a monthly 'One You Lincolnshire Champion' award that is awarded to a team member that based on any, or an accumulation of our Thrive Tribe Values. The winner is nominated by Lincolnshire team members and then voted on to crown a winner. The winner for May was - Vicky!
