Have you ever gone to book a call with a client where their primary language is not one that matches yours? You then hit that awkward spot where you want to help them, but you can't verbally communicate with them to make the interaction effective? Especially over the phone, and the client can't see you! Well, we have you set on this one, and it's called the Interpreters Portal.
This is a service where you can either schedule a call, or transfer a current call over to the "ad-hoc" service. This service then allows a three-way call between yourself and the client, but through a translator on the end of the phone. It's a really quick and easy service to use, but one that if you've not done it before, can seem a little daunting. Well Trish Oak and The Quality & Training team, have created a super useful video help guide to help you feel confident using this service for the first time, or any other time you need it.
