In addition to the training portfolio we have in place for all of our people, and the opportunities to take on additional ambassadorial roles and shadowing opportunities we are delighted to announce the launch of our brand new Leadership and Development Programme!

This partnership programme between Thrive Tribe and Disruptive Leaders is being rolled out for all who have line management responsibilities, or lead a team of our incredible people. This bespoke, year long course will combine membership access to the Disruptive Leaders platform, containing an extensive library of leadership training tools, toolkits and best practices, with access to a dedicated Peer Review network for line managers. These two areas will see our leaders being able to access high quality training from industry experts, as well as being able to learn and share challenges and successes with fellow leaders across Thrive Tribe. Both will help to support our leaders across Thrive Tribe and MAN v FAT to be the best leaders they can be!

The programme is spread over 12 months, and can be broken down as follows:

• A fully flexible leadership training course, delivered through Disruptive Leaders, with a requirement to complete a portfolio of learning as you progress through the course.

‍

• Unlimited access to Disruptive Leaders full live webinar schedule (allowing leaders to book on additional elements of interest and further mold the course to suit them).

‍

• Quarterly programme catch ups with fellow leaders and Disruptive Leaders representatives checking understanding, progression and allowing further guidance to be given to leaders from the industry experts.

‍

• Quarterly peer review sessions with fellow line managers focussed on line manager responsibilities, challenges and opportunities.

‍

• Dedicated self-directed study time from the working week to complete the programme, and undertake additional webinar areas of interest.

‍

• A certificate of completion endorsed by Disruptive Leaders, and recognised across the leadership industry.
