Our very own Sam Haviland recorded the first ever Kick It podcast in November for Lung Awareness Month.  Despite being our newest team member in Kingston, he sounded like someone with years of experience in the field so we are super proud of him!!

The podcast was recorded as part of a series of Health Talks by two London NHS trusts. These were led by a Bill Oldfield, Chief Medical Officer; with Sam being asked to join the team of experts to talk about the importance of quitting smoking in the context of lung cancer prevention.  It was great to work so closely with Kingston Hospital since preventative measures make all the difference.  The podcast has now been shared with members of Kingston Hospital and with the local community.
