You may all have noticed already but EACS have recently changed their name to ESPRIA (I know, I don’t like it either!).
They have been bought by a company called Mode Solutions and as part of a new integrated new offering they decided to rebrand and rename themselves. As part of this change, they have moved offices and gone through some staffing changes which they are navigating through but nothing changes for us other than the name.
Here is a reminder of their contact details and points of escalation, please do always call the service desk for anything you need done quickly however note that they work on an SLA basis (usually 5 working days) so at times may not be able to complete a request as quickly as we would maybe like – I do however find that calling them gets things done much faster but if your query isn’t resolved in time, please escalate as per the process.
