Data Team's July Update
Elodie
A massive amount of work from the whole team this month again so thanks to Paul, Pranay, Amala and everyone else involved in these achievements!
Key Activity Summary:
- Nottingham Leads & HA Dashboard - Leads / Health Assessments / Signposting
- First New Quarterly Reports and Line Listings for New Contracts/Services
- MANvFAT / CSDS logic and Data Quality Improvements
- New Dev & UAT PBI Environments
- BAU and Ad-hoc Reporting
July Update:
Nottingham Leads & HA Dashboard - Leads / Health Assessments / Signposting
- We’ve made new data available from Dynamics, which has in turn enabled us to create a new dashboard for Nottingham City
- Our new ‘Lead & HA Dashboard’ is now live in the ‘Nottingham City workspace’ with Dynamics data for Leads, Health Assessments and Signposting
- We’ve already got a v2 in the works – we’ll make additional data such as Advisor Name based on feedback we’ve received, and make any amendments needed to keep up with changes to the operational process that each pathway is following.
First Quarterly Reports and Line Listings for New Contracts/Services
- July marked the deadline for the first quarterly reports for many of the new services and contracts, with many changes and additions to the requirements
- We’ve now pulled together the quarterly reports, line listings and other data required for submission, and updated some dashboards as necessary to make the process run a lot more smoothly
MANvFAT /CSDS logic, data quality and performance improvements – improve flexibility/intelligence
- Paul has revised and updated the MANvFAT logic to make it more robust and able to cope with journeys crossing over seasons and teams
- A bit of a huge task (upwards of 40 new scripts to cope with all the potential ways that the journey can be edited), but it means that our reporting is much more flexible and accurate, and as a result we will have an easier time pulling together CSDS submissions.
New Dev& UAT PBI Environments
- This is something we’ve been battling with for a while (and has totally baffled the Microsoft experts we’ve been in touch with) – but we have now massively improved our ability to test changes in dev and UAT before releasing them to the production environments – which will result in safer deployments.
