August Update:
Additional Dynamics Data Available in Data Warehouse
- We’ve made more new data available from Dynamics, notably the Referrals, Journeys, Contact and GPs tables
- Previously we were only bringing through the data that we needed to support various reports, so we have now expanded on this so that we can start to build out data models in Power BI focussing on Dynamics data as opposed to using Dynamics data to enhance the data available from other sources (e.g. cosmos)
Nottingham Leads & HA Dashboard – Addition of ‘How Heard’ Insights
- Addition of ‘How Heard’ data – to support NOTC, commissioner requests for data, and marketing team
- V2 improvements that were mentioned in last month’s update, e.g. Advisor Overview and PCN breakdowns
New Hackney Workspace and Quarterly KPI Report
- We’ve added a new Hackney workspace which houses the Hackney Quarterly KPI report
- This means we should need to do minimal work to generate the recurring quarterly report for Hackney 365 data, which requires us to report on 20+ KPIs and Local Authority splits.
- The next step will be making the Quit Manager data available here too so that we can include sub-contracted numbers in the quarterly report export and the DOH report easier to compile.
Interim SharePoint List Dashboards
- We’ve release 3 new dashboards for the Nottingham pathways that are operating on SharePoint lists – now available in the Nottingham City workspace: some text
- gloji groups
- AWM Coaching
- Move More
- There are a further 3 dashboards currently in test and review for the 3 Brighton pathways operating on SharePoint lists some text
- CWM
- LD
- Pregnancy
- These dashboards provide pathway leads with a view of activity and outcomes until these pathways become available in Dynamics. They also provide a way of monitoring and identifying gaps / incorrect data and rectifying this on an ongoing basis to uphold data quality.
MANvFAT Data Improvements
- Further improvements have been made to the MANvFAT logic to handle data issues that were identified around missing league data and handle instances of Funded Start Date not being updated when a player starts. This will increase our MvF starter numbers slightly.
BAU Reports& Ad-hoc Data Requests
- Supporting services with multiple ad-hoc data requests, in addition to:some text
- NDPP Monthly Reports
- CSDS Monthly Reports
