Thrive Tribe have got a co-production toolbox! This has been the co-designed over the last few months, involving members of the SLT, those with an interest in co-production, and Ambassadors from each service.

The strategy document outlines the importance of co-production across Thrive Tribe, a working definition, and guiding principles.

In addition to the strategy document, there is also an “how to guide” designed as a quick reference when looking to start a co-production project.

As part of our Co-production working group, involving the local Ambassadors we aim to produce additional resources including:

-         Specific how to guides

-         Thrive Tribe’s own definition of co-production

-         Reimbursement guide for those giving their time
